The 2022 Penn State Entrepreneurship Educators Conference on Nov. 4 brought together 75 faculty, staff and other collaborators at the recently opened Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub in State College. The annual conference, now in its 10th year, is organized by the Center for Penn State Student Entrepreneurship.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor launched an ambassador program this semester to help promote the minor to fellow students. The ENTI Student Ambassador Program will hold its first event on Dec. 6 from 6-8 p.m. at Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub. The event is open to all current Penn State students interested in learning more about opportunities available within the ENTI minor. Pizza will be provided and ambassadors will be available to answer questions and discuss how the ENTI minor can fit into students’ studies.

Penn State has been ranked as the No. 23 school for undergraduate entrepreneurship studies in the United States by The Princeton Review in its annual ratings measuring individual schools’ performances. Among schools in the Mid-Atlantic region, Penn State came in at No. 3.
Penn State Associate Professor Anne Hoag recently returned from Botswana, where she served as a Fulbright Specialist. She spent six weeks at Botswana International University of Science and Technology focusing on entrepreneurship education.
