State prosecutors are moving for enforcement of Graham Spanier’s prison sentence following the former Penn State president’s latest defeat in appellate courts.
The Third Circuit judges, in an order dated Jan. 4, denied that request.
One day later, Senior Deputy Attorney General Patrick Schulte filed a motion in Dauphin County court seeking an order requiring Spanier to begin serving his 4- to 12-month prison term.
