Reporter the tax is expected to bring in 90 million to fund Early Education and improve recreation centers, and its assessed on beverage distributors. Stores can choose to pass it on to you, and it appears acme got an early start. Because the fed has spoken, and the fed did its best to do exactly what most people want except for the bears.
