HAMPTON, Va. - Eleven vehicles were involved in a series of multi-vehicle crashes in the area of W. Mercury Boulevard at I-64 Tuesday evening, the Hampton Police Division says.
Police say there are minor injuries.
Officers are currently on scene investigating. The department released a photo of the scene via Twitter, and the activity looks to be near Power Plant Hampton Roads.
Other drivers in the area should expect delays.
