New York-based Penguin Random House didn't disclose terms of the acquisition of the provider of pre-loaded devices that deliver digital content to the educational and institutional markets. Playaway Products was formerly part of audiobook company Findaway, also based in Solon, which Spotify bought last year for about $120 million.
