国家医保局：医保信息业务编码标准化建设取得显著成果 　　国家医疗保障局副局长施子海20日在全国医疗保障信息化标准化建设培训班上介绍，国家医保局已制定并发布医保疾病诊断和手术操作、药品、医用耗材等15项医保信息业务编码规则和方法，初步形成跨区域、跨层级、跨部门、跨业务的全国医保“通用语言”。医保信息业务编码标准化建设取得显著成果。 　　“制定全国统一的医保信息业务编码标准，是高标准建设全国统一医保信息平台的基础和先决条件。”施子海介绍，各地贯标工作取得重要阶段性成果，天津、安徽、海南等省份已顺利通过全省验收，20个省份的近30个地市也已开展了贯标情况查验，各省的编码映射、测试运行工作也已基本完成，初步形成全国范围内共用一个标准库、共享一个数据池的良好格局。 　　截至目前，
