increase the difficulty level. they also reduce the heat on president biden a little bit with the pence disclosures, but prosecutors have to put on blinders, and the special counsel are looking at the donald trump situation which is so much worse because trump did not cooperate. that has to be separated from the biden and the regular doj team looking at the pence documents, so it makes it a little tougher but as a marrit of law that s what prosecutors do, put the blinders on. it should not affect special counsel jack smith s decision on trump or the special counsel on biden. i want to get at the underlying problem which seems to be these top seek documents, very sensitive documents that could have national security secrets keep getting found in places where they should not be. what is the fix for this?
if they re trying to bring it down. this has been a rough and rocky period for the royal family. i think they ll survive. martha: he has great contacts in the courtiers at the palace. fascinating conversation with him at foxnewspodcast.com. that s the story for today. see you tomorrow. have a great evening. mr. president, in response to the pence documents? you don t think having documents is a crime? probably is technically a crime but you have to go to the point of knowledge and intent. the justice had this information prior to the election and sat on it and covered it up until after the election. a lot of questions. it s clear that some protocols were not followed. it s disappointing this keeps happening. i don t know who has what.
know, in the case of the center that you go into the skiff, but you can also in some cases, the committees can access classified documents up to a certain level in the committees, and so liked the arms services committee may be able to access information, and they are not supposed to go anywhere outside of the rooms, but there is needing to be more control over the documents both in the case of the hill, if it is outside of the committee intel rooms and certainly at the white house where we are seeing a systemic failure. brad, to you. these three cases of the trump documents and the biden documents and the pence documents, and they are not iden identical, but i would say that the pence and the biden documents are more alike than the trump discovery, and so you have had two counsels
with those families and dealing with their heartache. and so this is a president that feels, that is able to feel what people are going through. he knows what loss means to families. so yeah, you know, he wants to continue to fight, he wants to continue to speak out against this. you ve seen his statements over the last several days sadly and what we have seen with gun violence across the country. and so you ll continue to see that and he will continue to speak about this in a way that lifts up the families who are dealing with this loss, very devastating loss and continue to call on congress to take action. one more shot on the pence documents. is there any sense the white house, it shifts the political or public perception dynamics of what the president has been facing over the course of the last several weeks? i m just not going to comment from here. joey.
