KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court has allowed the statements of the late Datuk Ewe Swee Kheng as recorded by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to be accepted in Lim Guan Eng’s corruption trial.
The Sessions Court was told Wednesday that Lim Guan Eng received a salary and allowance amounting to RM44,375 as Penang Chief Minister from March 2008 to May 2018
PETALING JAYA: Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng has been discharged from the hospital and will be present at his corruption trial on Thursday (Dec 16).
PETALING JAYA: Lim Guan Eng received a total of RM44,375 monthly, comprising a RM14,175 salary and RM30,200 in allowances when he was Penang chief minister between March 2008 and May 2018, the Sessions Court heard.
KUALA LUMPUR: Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng did not show up at the Sessions Court on Tuesday (Dec 14), as he has been admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN).
