Black Creek Snowshoe Trail is great for hiking and learning

Article content The Espanola Game and Fish Protective Association’s Black Creek picnic area got a nice upgrade last summer when volunteers and donors assisted in repairing and painting fencing and picnic tables at the local nature spot. Even though the picnic area and pier are not accessible during the winter months, area residents can still enjoy the great outdoors and all that the north has to offer with the Black Creek snow-shoe trail (snowshoes not necessary, but boots definitely recommended).
