zero evidence that there is any credible threat that the administration has described. and when this goes back down to the district court, the administration is going to have to come forward with intelligence, information, maybe secret information reviewed by the judge. and i think if this had gone through the normal process, the intelligence community would have provided input into the process. you might have different countries, you might not have had a total ban, you might have had vetting procedures changed. the whole thing would have been restructured and actually would have been based on actual national security concerns. instead it was just done pel mel and rush through without any national security concerns at all. eugene, how about that? well, i think that s absolutely right. i mean, it was extraordinary how sloppily and hastily this order was put together. and the court why, eugene, why was it amazing? we ve been talking about this guy sitting knee to knee 18 months.
