For the second time in as many weeks a grand jury has found the evidence is just not there to charge a white Police Officer in connection with the death of a black civilian. This time its in the biggest city in the nation packed with tourists for the Holiday Season. These cases are wildly different and half a nation apart. This one involves the video seen around the world by now showing a man named eric garner being taken down by mostly plain clothed Police Officers while being placed under arrest. Right now, moms are rallying to support a local woman who is fighting pregnancy discrimination in the nations highest court. Peggy young said she was discriminated against seven years ago because she was pregnant. News 4s derek ward is at the Supreme Court where arguments began just about an hour ago. Derek, whats happening . When peggy young got pregnant, her employer asked her to go to her doctor and see if there are restrictions because it requires some lifting. She did what she was asked.
