She recalled the time a customer came in crying because her doctor was rude.
“When I finished her prescription, she was still angry,” said Nnani, who owns the business, which sits below a doctor’s office on Cleveland Avenue in Linden. “I said, ‘You know what? I’m going to come out there and dance with you.’”

Restored Ringling Bros. circus sleeper car moved to Venice Historic Train Depot
VENICE – A restored sleeping car that once belonged to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus was moved last week to the 1927 Historic Venice Train Depot, joining a restored caboose and statue of Gunther Gebel-Williams as part of a campus that pays homage to the city’s connection with the fabled circus.
To ensure safety, the move was not publicized and volunteers helped detour cyclists on the Legacy Trail to create a clear path as it made the half-mile trip from Uni-Glide Trailer Co. on Seaboard Avenue north and then west in the eastbound lane of the East Venice Avenue access road, underneath the Venice Avenue Bridge, then north through the Venice Marine Park parking lot and onto the tracks at 303 E. Venice Avenue.
ELKTON â Just days before passing away, well known Cecil County businessman David Williams sold his Cherry Hill property known by the family as âThe Hillâ to Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Newark.
William Denny, a member of the church board of directors, said Williams welcomed the idea that his 23 acres would become a place of worship and eternal rest.
âOur cemetery will be adjacent to the cemetery at Cherry Hill United Methodist Church,â Denny said. âThere will be no school, no daycare center or sports. It will be very low impact on the community.â
The current church has a capacity of 588 people. Denny said the congregation has outgrown the building at 2038 Pleasant Valley Road.
