Fox it looks like a teenager out of is what the Brandywine Creek in that area Brandywine Creek comes out of the chester county, rolls through wilmington and meets up with the Delaware River but the teen is moving his arms, legs, responding and awaiting word on his condition but fire fighters, basically took the hook and ladder, swing it out over the water, and was able to capture this guy, this young man, again, Market Street bridge at 16th street. We can get to theis there only e overpasses to get you over the Brandywine Creek. Right here in the heart of the wilmington area traffic is snarled. Your best bet, if you are leaving house or know someone who just left the house washington street or 16th street, would be the best alternate. Hopefully once they get the teen off to the side safely they can wrap up the hook and ladder there but again, Market Street, north Market Street bridge blocked at 16th street.
