ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Central Florida is hosting a blood drive Wednesday in remembrance of the Pulse mass shooting.
“We All Have One Pulse Blood Drive” is taking place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside the Student Union.
Other events to honor Pulse victims and their families will continue on campus.
On Thursday night, the school will host a vigil called UCF Remembers Pulse inside the Pegasus Ballroom at the Student Union.

UCF has received enough vaccine from the @HealthyFla in Orange County to provide both doses of the Pfizer vaccine to about 6,000 students in the Orlando area at a clinic in the Pegasus Ballroom that will open this week. More info will be shared directly with these students today.

Rollins College will begin vaccinations Tuesday morning for the campus community at the Bush Science Center.
Rollins College received 1,500 initial doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, which is enough for 750 people with two doses each.
Appointments were offered first to residential students, followed by non-residential students and faculty and staff.
The University of Central Florida has received enough Pfizer vaccines from the Florida Department of Health in Orange County to vaccinate about 6,000 students at a clinic in the Pegasus Ballroom opening this week.

ORLANDO, Fla. – With Florida now vaccinating people 16 and older, Central Florida universities are working to get shots to their respective students.
Rollins College in Winter Park opened its vaccination clinic Tuesday in partnership with Orange County. The college said it would be vaccinating students who live on campus first before opening appointments to off-campus students, faculty and staff.
