Steven was seen hanging out Wednesday at the Peel Plaza Parking Garage, according to social media posts from the city. This is not the first time that the friendly bird has been spotted staring at himself in the windows of the uptown parking garage. Last year, the city says Steven could be seen and heard pecking at the glass in hopes of beating his “rival” reflection.
