The Mosala family whose daughter, Pedzani Mosala, recently died mysteriously while in police custody intends to file an application for contempt of court. This was at least their position by the close of business on Sunday when bemoaning that the police have thus far not done anything towards the exhumation of their deceased daughter.
The Mosala family, represented by attorney Dr Tshepang Makwati, is poised to seek substantial compensation following a court victory that granted them the right to exhume the body of their deceased daughter, Pedzani Mosala.
FRANCISTOWN: Even though the police announced the postmortem results showing that the 22-year-old Institute of Health Sciences (IHS) student, Pedzani Mosala committed suicide, her family suspects foul play and maintain that the deceased was tortured to death.
