The Guam Police Department has provided no updates to an ongoing investigation involving a red Jeep that crashed into Jerry Kitchen after a surveillance video was given to the police as evidence.
Stephen Ignacio, chief of the Guam Police Department, didn t respond to multiple requests for comment Monday and Tuesday.
Guam Police Department spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao also didn t respond to requests for comment.
At 1:30 a.m. Feb. 25, a red Jeep crashed into Jerry Kitchen. Tapao said police cited the driver for imprudent driving.
Tapao previously confirmed an off-duty police officer sat as an occupant in the car that crashed into Jerry Kitchen.
