Chhattisgarh Police on Tuesday arrested two more Maoists in connection with the killing of 10 District Reserve Guards and their driver last month in Dantewada in Chhattisgarh.
Sukka Tati and Pandu Tati were apprehended for their involvement in the incident, Dantewada Superintendent of Police
Seven Maoists including three teenage boys have been arrested on charges of killing 10 District Reserve Guards and their driver last month in Dantewada in Chhattisgarh, police said on Sunday.
Budhra Madvi, Jitendra Muchaki, Hidma Madkam and Hidma Madvi have been taken into custody, Dantewada
“The four accused were active as militia members of Malangir area committee of Darbha Division of banned CPI (Maoist) outfit,” said Siddharth Tiwari, superintendent of police, Dantewada.
The initial intelligence, based on which the Arhanpur operation was launched, officials said, was about Jagdish's presence in the area. It is now being suspected that Maoists may have deliberately shared wrong leads
