But we have all of these dares and i just want to take a second to speak about them because i want you to own them, at least own one. So its dare to act for the conference, dare to lead for this morning, dare to impact, dare to include, dare to engage, dare to innovate. Now heres one i love dare to transform. Got it . Dare to transform. Dare to improve. Dare to empower. And then, my work dare to educate and dare to create. So how many of these dares have you had as a part of your life . Think about it. And at about the spring of 2010 and Citizens United was decided in january of 2010, that was the end of the conversation. And so here we are today. We are just now reaching an agreement on several votes by which i believe our republican colleagues will for the First Time Since Citizens United some of them at least acknowledge that Climate Change is real. Indeed we just heard my friend senator graham come to the floor and speak right there saying that Climate Change is real, that humans had a significant role in krauseing it cause it and it is what something we needed to Pay Attention to. During the 90s and i faced that in 2002, 2003, and we know the importance of the independence of verification. You had it in bilateral agreements, verification with russia and thats long tradition. Thats one thing. But multilateral inspections are needed in cases like iran and like iraq. And in that for that you need impartial independent Civil Servants that are not subject to any corruption, that will not go to do the work with any of the intelligence agencies that are crawling all over the place. So i would like to ask you your view about the importance of independent verification as a third of the many issues you have on your agenda. Thank you very much. [ applause ] thank you very much, dr. They are of the region. And they do have great capability. We dont have much discussion going on with them right now but theres a new government and i think its one we should look to. Turkey is an ally of ours. The turks are in a very difficult position. It seems to me we need to be careful and use force where it accomplishes ends. But for example, try to go in and end the syrian war, i dont think we want to own syria. It is a very, very complicated country. As are some of the others in the middle east. I agree basically. My question is is the president s job to submit the use of force first off . Has he done that . Secondly, i am so sick of my representative schumer pontificating on how the republicans are holding the american citizens hostage. Arent we Holding American citizen hostage with unconstitutional law in protecting immigrants . It just befuddles me that they can use this argument. Guest let me address that piece by piece. Maybe i will start with as far as immigration i dont see the benefits extended to immigrants that are discriminated against american citizens. This is just shielding emigrants from being deported if they are willing to register. I think will be interesting to see what the statistics are on that registration.
