ICC investigations: what prosecutor Bensouda leaves behind

Last December, the International Criminal Court prosecutor Fatou Bensouda announced the list of countries her office had set as priorities. Which preliminary examinations are prolonged as such, which ones are turned into full investigations, and which ones are closed. An exercise that raises worthy debates even though it doesn’t answer what this preliminary stage is really good for.
