AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Panhandle PBS announced today the first episode of its look at race in Amarillo will be delayed by tomorrowâs presidential speech.
The Handle: Living While Black will start at 7:30 tomorrow evening.
The series hosted local people talking about the conversations they think the community needs to have to improve racial relations and why.
