Premier Bank is making some changes in its leadership.
Well-known banker and developer
Donald B. Regan died at age 91 in late 2020. Dating back to 1974, the bank has evolved into three pieces – Premier Bank, Premier Bank Rochester and Premier Bank Minnesota. Four of its 20 branches are located in Rochester.
At the time of his death, Regan served as chair of
PB Bancshares, Inc., the bank holding company based in Maplewood.
