[ audience ohs ] perfect spring cocktail. a muddler, batali. so the first thing i do is i take a little bit of pims and i m gonna put that in the bottom. and some basil. what s pims? pims. english stuff? yeah. oh, from henley. it s very has a little bit of an herbal flavor to it. aromatic. aromatic, yeah. maybe you ve had a pims cup in your past? yes i have. or 12? i wear a boater hat.
those were the days. right. all right. and some chocolate hazelnut spread. [ cheers ] so, give that a little zap for me dapho. all right. my fondue is starting to bubble like that. for the hamburger buns. yes. oh yeah, let me take a couple of those. let me get them toasted. and i think we are looking really good actually. given the nature of the challenge. that crab up into little bits, you want the big chunks. all right so now we pour it into a buttered baking dish. now this recipe is enough to pour into two baking dishes, but we ll just pour it into one right now. cayenne s got me over here. cayenne all the way over there? oh no, i m sorry. so the great thing about this recipe is it s kind of a big recipe and what i recommend if you re having a party is to break it up into two baking dishes that way you can put one in the oven and then people i guarantee will devour it in a second. oh my gosh. okay and then you have the other baking dish that you can just pull out and put in after your friends leave. [ applause ] [ laughter ] and now before this goes in the oven however, we take crumbled i guess we have to call these buttery crackers. buttery crackers, i like to call em but you can [ laughter ] it looks a lot like ritz crackers. they do, don t they, yeah? [ laughter ] so i sprinkle that on top and this is
basically a heart attack in a dish. no wonder you spend so much time in the gym. [ light laughter ] they said what s your guilty pleasure? i was like i want something that i really don t eat a lot. there s nothing worse than you know not filling your guilty pleasures and then you re just never happy. you ve got to do it every once in a while. all right so look, let s put this in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. sometimes i hit it under the broiler for five minutes after that. to get it nice and golden. yes, when we come back we re going to dig into this, so don t go away.
