Vaccine 101: How Tippecanoe County seniors can get their COVID-19 shot

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) The Tippecanoe County Health Department s vaccine clinic will go online Monday with 1,000 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
This is where county residents age 80 and older will be scheduled for their immunizations.
As News 18 previously reported, Indiana residents 80 years or older are now eligible for vaccines. Previously, only health care workers, long-term care residents and emergency responders were eligible.
Seniors should visit ourshot.in.gov or call 211 beginning Friday morning to make an appointment. From there, they can choose a time slot and verify their demographics. Later, they will receive a confirmation message to their email or cell phone.
