The police on the scene after an incident on Church street, Croydon, south London. March 13 2021 Two men have been charged with attempted murder after a motorcyclist was left with life-threatening injuries when he was blasted outside a south London corner shop. The 37-year-old was found with gunshot wounds at around 8.50pm on Saturday night (March 13) in Croydon. The victim was rushed to hospital and is still in a critical condition, Scotland Yard said today (Tues). Pawel Smolinski, 30, Jakub Smolinski, 24, have been charged with attempted murder and appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court today. The two defendants were remanded in custody and will next appear at Croydon Crown Court next month.
