Dnes sú na Špecializovanom trestnom súde (ŠTS) v Pezinku na programe záverečné reči, počas ktorých môžu procesné strany senát súdu presvedčiť, že oni majú pravdu. Buď sa to podarí Aghovi a jeho obhajcom, alebo prokurátorovi Jánovi Šantovi.
