St. Johns County is reviewing an application for a 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store at northwest International Golf Parkway and Bannon Lakes Boulevard in the Bannon Lakes Planned Unit Development.
The site design includes a 4,650-square-foot building, 16 fueling positions and a car wash on 1.97 acres.
Wawa to St. Johns County
St. Johns County issued two permits, totaling $1.068 million, for a Wawa gas station, convenience store and gas canopy at 222 Florida 16 in St. Augustine.
The site is vacant land east of Interstate 95.
Old Navy to Durbin
St. Johns County issued a permit for the 13,588-square-foot interior build-out for Old Navy at 675 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 106, in The Pavilion at Durbin Park at a cost of $435,244.
The restaurant leased 1,610 square feet of space. L&L Hawaiian is based in Honolulu.
The Argyle Village Shopping Center store that opened in 2017 was the first East Coast franchise.
Menu items include barbecue chicken, pork with cabbage and Spam musubi and Spam saimin.
Dunkin’ remodeling on Beach
The city is reviewing a permit for Dunkin’ to remodel its 11657 Beach Blvd. store for its “next gen” design at a cost of $145,000.

Krystal renovating at Dunn
The city issued a permit March 26 for Diversified Commercial Builders to remodel the Krystal restaurant at 1009 Dunn Ave. at a cost of $320,839.
The two new sites will be at Hoke Pharmacy in Raeford and Center Pharmacy in downtown Fayetteville.
The Center Pharmacy clinic will offer the Pfizer vaccine and is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday at 101 Robeson St. The Pfizer vaccine is approved for those 16 years and older, but all patients younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Officials said the Center Pharmacy clinic will replace the Cape Fear Valley Rehabilitation Center Auditorium clinic for first-dose appointments. The Cape Fear Valley Rehabilitation Center will remain open to patients receiving their second dose of the vaccine.

The Fishers Health Department has received 431 complaints for violations of its COVID-19 rules at businesses and public gatherings since the department began operations last April shortly after the pandemic outbreak.
All but two of the complaints resulted in verbal warnings from health officials, who explain the safety protocols to employees and owners during visits.
Two of the complaints were forwarded to Indiana State Excise Police for possible enforcement action, but no businesses have been closed because of repeat violations, said Fishers spokeswoman Ashley Elrod.
Goodwill Industries of North Florida Inc. opened a 16,000-square-foot store and drive-thru donation center at 1115 St Johns Parkway in the second phase of Parkway Place in St. Johns County.
The Piedmont Companies of Florida developed the store and Bush Construction Co. Inc. built it. It is Goodwill’s eighth flagship store and employs 25 people.

St. Johns County approved interior build-out for Ulta Beauty in 10,790 square feet at 675 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 108, in The Pavilion at Durbin Park at a cost of $457,000.
