Such a prosperity-oriented approach would be combined with stern law enforcement efforts, Papua Police chief, Insp.Gen.Mathius Fakhiri, remarked. We shall not step back even an inch. But, of course, we will do that with a soft approach, Fakhiri said after attending a farewell ceremony for his predecessor, Coms. Gen. Paulus Waterpauw, in Jayapura on Monday.
