An entertaining 26th Sydney derby exploded into life after the hour mark when Troisi s foul on Milos Ninkovic saw Kosta Barbarouses strike unerringly from the penalty spot.
But the ex-Socceroo Troisi popped up with the equaliser after an uncharacteristic error from Andrew Redmayne allowed Troisi to slide the ball into an empty net.
