Demountable after-school care âhubsâ rolled out to create more places for students

The NSW government will roll out almost 50 modular, demountable buildings designed for out-of-hours services to alleviate a shortage of after-school care caused by a lack of facilities on school grounds.
The âhubsââ- which will have play space, offices, toilets and kitchens - will cater for between 45 and 60 students per session, and soak up $20 million of the $120 million 2019 election promise to create more after-hours care places.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian and Education Minister Sarah Mitchell visit a mobile after-school care hub on Monday.
