Romania's Apor Györgydeák is the new men's singles world number one
after the International Federation of Teqball updated its rankings
following last month's action.
Hungary’s Anna Izsák and Ádám Blázsovics both remain in top spot
in the International Teqball Federation (FITEQ) world rankings, after
the June update was published.
The top two seeds will meet in the quarter-finals of the women's
singles competition here at the Teqball World Championships, after
France's Amélie Julian advanced from the group stage only as one of
the best third-place finishers.
