Average prices had hovered around $300,000 since 2010.  Today, they’re as high as they’ve ever been in the last 10 years. The average sale price in 2020 was $351,000, though data from the year’s fourth quarter isn’t available yet. And that’s steady from 2019, when the average sale price was $349,000.
