Mark potter is outside the hospital where this person was caring for an ebola patient. The announcement came at 4 21 this morning, central time. 5 21 in the east. Officials say a Health Care Worker here at Texas Health Presbyterian hospital has tested positive for ebola in preliminary tests conducted at a state lab in austin.
