So the herd gets smaller and smaller. And im getting poorer and poorer. Farmers who are able to are drilling wells pumping water from reservoirs deep underground to save their crops. But the water levels in those reservoirs, known as aquifers, is dropping. And in some areas the ground is sinking as a result.
