And im Monica Jackson welcome to fox5 news this morning. First Cassandra Jones joins us with a quick look at the fox 5 weather 247 forecast. Good morning im Cassandra Jones with fox5. It will be a slick morning commute with strong winds much colder temperatures today along with additional mountain snow. We continue under a wind advisory until 6 pm tonight for gusts 4555 mph possible. The rain should taper off throughout the late morning early afternoon with a high of just 49 degrees. Daytime highs are forecast to stay in the 40s through tuesday overnight temperatures will be near freezing. By wednesday the daytime temps return to the lower 50s as a ridge builds in for the rest of the week putting us back in the upper 50s to low 60s friday through the weekend.
