He is the author or coauthor of two volumes in the American Revolutionary war series, and three volumes in the emerging civil war series. One of his books as downstairs, as well. Phil graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in history from wheel and Jesuit University and has a graduate degree in American History from george mason university. He is currently a supervisor and park ranger with the National Park service in florida. You can ask him about the fun things he may have seen recently there.
