OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio An Olmsted Township residential subdivision proposed for 72 acres wedged between two Berea housing developments was dealt a blow on Jan. 28.
Olmsted Township Zoning Commission members will recommend to township trustees that they deny a rezoning request critical to the project.
The Board of Trustees has the final decision. According to the township administrator, it is uncertain if the zoning commission will have its formal recommendation prepared and submitted to the board by the board’s next meeting on Feb. 10. Trustees have 30 days to schedule a hearing after they receive it.
