Delta Govt to establish new Secondary school at Otor-Iyede On Kindly Share This Story: Delta Governor, Senator (Dr). Delta Governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has said that the State Government is to establish a new secondary school at Otor-Iyede in Isoko North Local Government Area of the state. Governor Okowa disclosed this on Thursday when the campaign train of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Isoko North  House of Assembly Constituency by-election visited Otor-Iyede ward 1.
