We have office use. We have restaurant uses them we have small maker type uses and accommodate all those together. Then we have commendation of public space and private space. Theres major balancing act between things like loading and public areas, but its up there with extremely focused on that the transaction documents cover and that the community have been very involved in and that ought not to talk about. Following are just a few examples of the kinds of uses we put into other projects and which may be indicative of the kinds of uses we would see at pier 70. Is there any Public Comment . Commissioners comments . Thank you for the great presentation. I cant wait for the groundbreaking last week and thank you for exceeding the time. Did this project come within budget . This project is within budget. Now, i say that kind of tongue and cheek because there was a component, a float component that was envisioned as part of the project and we included it we designed it and included it as an alternate in the bid. We didnt have the money to add the float into the project. We figured we didnt have the money to do it, so it was expected, but it has been removed from the project. Otherwise we are on budget. The demolition portion came in with very few changes and this construction project we are still under our 10 contingency. I do not anticipate coming back to the commission to ask for more money, so its really quite a success. Great. Thank you.
