(File photo) TACLOBAN CITY -The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) has reiterated its call not to vote for the five party-list groups affiliated with the New People's Army (NPA). Alex Paul Monteagudo, director general of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), asked voters in a press briefing here Thursday not to allow the Makabayan bloc in Congress to sabotage the government's legislative process to advance their propaganda. "Our strategy is to reveal the truth by letting the voters know about these party-lists. All decisions of people are based on information," said Monteagudo, also the chair of NTF-ELCAC's situational awareness and knowledge management cluster.
