Chaplaincy Ministries in the Pacific Northwest reaches out to skateboarders in Portland, Oregon, which is considered to be most unchurched city in the US. Chaplain Paul Lewandowski, a former skateboard instructor, launched a min for skaters, utilising his own skills and passion for skateboarding.
