Verdict Reached in Paul Lehman Trial 11:28 pm A Verdict has been reached in the trial of Paul Lehman, a Johnstown man accused of stabbing a 19-year-old to death on Thanksgiving Day in 2018. After about three hours of deliberations, the Jury found Paul Lehman Guilty on all charges. The Jury found Lehman Guilty of 1st Degree Murder, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault, and Tampering with Evidence. Lehman took the stand on Thursday to testify which is rare for a Defendant to do in a homicide trial. Lehman told the Jury he’s been using drugs since he was 12 years old and he’s been going to a duplex along the 800 block of Steel Street to get drugs. That’s where Lehman said he met Hurling calling himself, quote, “One of his best customers.”
