Part of californias phase 2 those decisions and announcements have led to a little bit of confusion and some frustration by this time next week just about all the bay area counties could move into phase 2 of reopening sonoma napa and solano counties are already in phase 2 on monday, the 18th San Francisco marin and san mateo counties will join in phase 2. And today we learned alameda and contra costa counties are in the process of deciding when phase 2 will start Alameda County says it anticipates moving into earlystage to next week. Contra costa county will decide on monday so while San Francisco marin and san mateo counties are starting face to monday for now contra costa and alameda counties are holding back. Health officers and both of those counties say they will likely reopen early next week but they have not set a date just yet kron fours michelle kingston has more. Then Terry Branstad came back and so did iowa. Today we have a budget surplus, 140,000 new jobs, unemployment reduced nearly 30 . Governor branstad is just getting started. Terrys back. Iowas back. Terry branstad is building iowas future. He is honest, compassionate. He is a visionary. He is always looking forward, where we can go next to grow the economy. Were seeing that. The jobs are there. Our unemployment is low. Seventh lowest in the nation. We are seeing young people moving back. More iowans working today than any other time in our history. Im optimistic about the future. He has a passion for this state. It
