Prof Bosire, while addressing mourners at Bombere Village in Magwagwa in Nyamira County called on the government to protect the professors, saying they are vulnerable are in the face of Covid-19. Most university professors are people classified in the vulnerable population and their roles are much needed unlike the rest of the country s workforce which is exempted from duty at the age of 58. That is why we are calling for the Government to provide protective gears to all lecturers, Prof Bosire said.
