I really got into thinking about this trial after chief judge ron walker issued his 136 page opinion with findings of fact on august the fourth of 2010 and i looked at that opinion and as somebody who has been working in the gay rights feel this opinion but different in kind from anything i had seen before. Its just thoughtfulness generally and so i asked my library and to pull the transcript of the trial and she came up with it in 13 volumes 2000 page transcript of the trial in closing arguments.
