Bain Capital commits $4m to help the Boston nonprofit GreenLight Fund expand nationally
The largest corporate gift in the groupâs 16-year history will target social problems in cities

Bain Capital, the Boston private-equity titan, has invested in dozens of for-profit companies over the years. But now Bainâs partners are making a different type of investment, with their $4 million commitment to inner cities across the country through the Boston-based GreenLight Fund.
Bain plans to announce the donation on Tuesday.

North Manchester-based Think Design has moved to new premises in Whitefield and announced two recent appointments for website relaunches.
The Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) and business management consultancy Collinson Grant have picked Think Design to redesign their web platforms in entiretly, not long after an account win for London-based employee engagement consultancy People Insight at the end of 2020.
Think Design is now working on all three briefs from its new base on Bury New Road in Whitefield.
