Saskatchewan has released a plan to administer COVID-19 vaccines in 181 communities but it has few places to store them at the moment.
The province is waiting on dozens of freezers needed to help distribute the two vaccines approved for use in Canada thus far, which will go inert if they’re not stored at the right temperatures.

Ministry of Health spokesman Dale Hunter said the province has 14 freezers “placed strategically around Saskatchewan to support COVID-19 vaccine distribution,” half of them ultra-cold.
