There are several protesters inside the Council Chamber anxious to hear what the police chief has to say. They are questioning a police outs. This is when a team of Police Officers inside a vehicle jump out to approach someone they believe may be involved in some kind of criminal activity. The protesters that group d. C. Mess, paul. Certainly some concern. Initially a little bit of excitement for the folks on the road. Fortunately in this incident, though, we didnt have any significant injuries. Whats leaking from the truck, paul . In this truck we have approximately [ inaudible ] which is similar to diesel fuel in terms of its properties. We have a section of the tank which is leaking and we estimated 400 gallons have leaked out. It appears theres a truck on the scene. Is it being offloaded right now . The hazmat crews initially worked to contain the spill that was leaking out. They were able to patch a hole in the side of the tank. Theyre starting that process to offload that truck before they can upright it. Another portion of the tank is leaking on the bottom side of the truck. Its a very small leak and hazmat crews are not able to patch that because of its location. What do we know about the driver . Injured .
