Totally different neighborhood of san jose. That sighting eventually led officers here to oak ridge mall where they arrested the suspect in a parking garage, just before 1 00 this morning. This is the man they arrested. 30yearold martin martinez. Hes behind bars in Santa Clara County jail tonight accused of murder. Hes suspected of killing five people inside this modesto home. Police discovered their bodies yesterday after receiving a request to check on the family. We have identified that all of the victims inside are females. All of them are related. And the children are from ages 6 months to 6 years. Reporter police say martinez knew at least two of the victims. We have also determined there is a past relationship between martin and one of the victims inside, and one of the children is his.
