Just after the first Traffic Accident on highway 4 near 242, a chp officer on a motorcycle stops to help. Thats when he also became a victim. Yes, i need you to respond. It looks like there might be an officer down. Reporter chp said another car came along at 6 15 smashing right into the accident scene. The officer was seriously hurt, rushed to the hospital. The chp officers motorcycle was laying down in the lane. Cars, probably four to five cars, one on its side.
